Production Manager

· Assumes technical and budget oversight for medium to large complex programs from concept to implementation and postproduction

· Manages internal tasks/projects related primarily to technical, production, creative, content, and event services

Director of Production

· Manage the production department in the execution of 300+ performances per season in the 1200 seat RCU Theater, 400 seat JAMF Black Box Theatre, 150 Seat Gibson Street Entrance

· Oversight of all technical advance for Pablo Presents, Broadway Series, Co-Productions, Rentals, UW-Eau Claire Theatre/Dance/Music, and Affiliate Organization performances

· Recruit, hire, mentor, instruct, schedule, and evaluate full-time staff of 8, part-time staff of 12

· Serve as part of the Leadership Team in oversight of overall strategic planning

· Management and negotiation of the IATSE Union 13 Contract

·  Prepare, present, and administer budgets to include payroll, capital production expenditures, and maintenance for the various production venues, rehearsal rooms, classrooms and public spaces

Production Manager

· Responsible for the budgeting, scheduling, and overall management of the production department of the Wheeler Opera House

· Ensures that all aspects of the production department are executed to the highest standard of quality and within the established budget of the technical operations of the Wheeler Opera House

· Determines the necessary technical supports, such as lighting, sound, staging, and special needs, necessary for events and performances presented at the facility in advance of production dates

· Recommends and project manages all technical/production capital projects currently in excess of $4.5 million.

· Manages recruiting, training and assignment of technical staff and vendors for individual shows

·  Lead all full and part time production personnel in their respective duties

· Oversee scheduling and planning of all activities in the Wheeler Opera House including season planning, scheduling multiple community partners, interfacing with numerous outside constituencies to deliver world class presentations while maintaining overall balance of workflow and labor requirements

· Executes the technical advance on all production and events taking place in the Wheeler Opera House and outside venues

· Negotiate and act as mediator in artistic, technical, and labor discussions, including problem solving and cost analysis

Theatre Aspen—Aspen, Colorado                                                                       2020-2021

Director of Production

· Oversee all areas of production for summer season including educational productions and outside events, while managing off season educational, and outside offerings

· Manage production budgets for summer, educational, and off-season events totaling over $750,000.00

·  Lead senior production staff of 6 and a seasonal summer production department of 25
